Mollie McGee's Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy Updates
Dear Vendors and Patrons -
As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, we are receiving inquiries about the fall and holiday markets in 2020. At this point we have full confidence that both shows will go on as planned. However, if determined that at that time a large crowd is unsafe for the public, we will make necessary decisions at that point.
If we do end up unfortunately having to cancel one or both shows, all vendors will receive full refunds or can choose to transfer booth rental fee to the 2021 show for no charge or reapplication. If the shows are conducted as scheduled, our current refund policy will remain in place.
We understand the uncertainty around the virus at this point and will continue to work with local officials and health experts to keep up to date about the situation. We will continue to hold accepted vendors place at the fair until full payment is due, after that if payment is not received we will release the spot to vendors on our waiting list.
We highly value everyone's loyal patronage of Mollie McGee's over the past 40 years. Please do not hesitate to reach out with further questions. Obviously our top priority is for the health and safety of our vendors, our patrons, and our staff, so we will be handling this situation with the upmost seriousness.
Peace and health to all of you
The Mollie McGee’s Team
